Organize a Canadian Working Holiday Visa with Oxford International

Are you a foreign youth between the ages of 18-35 and interested in coming to Canada to work and develop your English language skills? As a member of the Languages Canada Consortium for Canada’s International Experience program, we are permitted to provide ESL study and work packages that include work visa sponsorship letters!

wORKING HOLIDAY VISA PROGRAM

International Experience Canada (IEC) is a Government of Canada program that offers young individuals from eligible countries the opportunity to receive a Working Holiday Visa to work and study in Canada without going through traditional channels.

SUPPORT AND SERVICES

If you’re eligible for this program, you can choose to contact us (a Recognized Organization) for more support before and during your experience. They can help you:

  • Find a job.
  • Set up Canadian banking.
  • Plan your travel and accommodations.
  • Secure international health insurance and vaccinations.
  • Find language and intercultural training or experiences.
  • Get help with work and travel issues.
  • Get help during an emergency.

Our packages include 12 weeks of intensive English study, where you will be studying according to your English level (A1-C2) and you will focus on building your speaking, listening, and vocabulary skills.

Our packages also include full or partial access to Oxford International Career Academy Canada, a free career-readiness program that develops the skills needed to be successful in today’s Canadian workplace.

PACKAGE A

$5,400 + $1,000 application fee (non-refundable)

Package A Details:

  • Working Holiday Sponsorship Letter.
  • 12 weeks of English lessons (choose between Morning 20, Afternoon 20, Semi-Intensive 26, Intensive 30, or General English Online).
  • Full access to Career Academy Canada*.
 
*Full access to Career Academy Canada includes weekly workshops focused on resume and cover letter writing, one-on-one interview preparation, career advisor sessions, industry networking events, and access to an email newsletter with job search and career tips.

Course materials are an additional $95 and are not included in the package fee.

$4,900 + $1,000 application fee (non-refundable)

Package B  Details:

  • Working Holiday Sponsorship Letter.
  • 12 weeks of English lessons (choose between Morning 20, Afternoon 20, Semi-Intensive 26, Intensive 30, or General English Online).
  • Partial access to Career Academy Canada*.
 
*Partial access to Career Academy Canada includes weekly workshops focused on resume and cover letter writing, interview preparation, and access to an email newsletter with job search and career tips.

Program Eligibility Requirements

In order to participate in the International Experience Canada program, you must meet all required criteria. For further details, please visit the IRCC IEC Program website.

  • You are between 18 and 35 years old.
  • Your country or territory of citizenship has a Youth Mobility Agreement (YMA) with Canada.
  • You do not bring any dependent family members to Canada with you.
  • You can provide proof of funds (minimum $2,500 CAD) to cover your expenses in Canada.
  • You have proof of health insurance for the duration of your stay in Canada.
  • You must not be inadmissible to Canada.
  • You have a round-trip ticket or proof of sufficient funds to cover your departure from Canada at the end of your authorized stay.
  • You have paid the course and registration fees to Oxford International Education Group.

Important Information

This letter grants you a Working Holiday visa for Canada, bypassing the usual visa selection process. You can apply directly and receive your visa promptly, even if your country has exhausted its Working Holiday visa allocations for this year. Once you have completed registration and payment, we will issue you an IEC working holiday confirmation letter on behalf of the Languages Canada Consortium using your letter to apply.

If you are an Educational Tour Operator, it is required for you to fill out the Oxford International Addendum to Educational Tour Operator Agreement – IEC Program.
